Dr. Erdal Tuğsel completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Medical Faculty after completing his pre-education in 1982 and received his PhD, and after completing his compulsory service in Bingöl between 1982-1984, he began his specialization at Ege Medical Faculty and became 1990 specialist in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
From 1994-1996, Dr Erdal Tuğsel was the chief physician assistant in the Ataturk Training and Research Hospital in İzmir. In 1995, Dr Erdal Tuğsel was on duty in Brazil and during this time worked with Carlos Oscar Ubel and learned to specialize in this area Hair transplants.
Since 1996, Dr Erdal Tuğsel has been working as a freelance doctor. Dr Erdal Tuğsel has attended postgraduate and advanced training courses in various countries, particularly in Brazil and Belgium, and has been a lecturer and training director for various courses and speeches on hair transplantation technology.
